Harley

I could've sworn I already started this. What a loser not writing a page about my little love bug sooner. lol 

I'll keep adding to this, until it gets to long, then start another. 

2026-04-13

I decided to take Harley for a walk to 5-Mile in her jogging stroller, it was beautiful there as always and there was a bunch of people there fishing and fish were jumping all over. The clouds looked amazing, different shades of orange and pink were flecking off the clouds and sparkling on the ponds surface. 

I saw some geese, that got me excited to chase their babies down and take some pictures soon. lol I figure if they're going to poop all over, the least they can do is allow me to take a close up picture. lol

Anyway, I decided to walk further up Boston Rd, once I left the park, Harley wanted to walk, so i wanted to let her go as far as she wanted. She looked so adorable prancing up the road. 

It's funny that I noticed the one dark cloud, but thought nothing of it, I had check the news earlier and there was a 7% chance of rain. As luck would have it, that 7% turned to 100% and the sky totally opened up. I turned into a soggy mess and Harley looked like she was having the time of her life hanging off the front of the stroller. As luck would have it, the rain was warm, so I was able to just enjoy the walk home. 

When I mean the sky opened up, I mean there were streams of raging water running down the side of the road and it instantly brought me back to my childhood. We used to build sand rock dams on the side of the road when it rained. we also used to float little boats and have our action figures fight the currents, like they got caught in the ravine in a monsoon. 

I feel like I got really lucky too, I was soaked when I got home and my body can't handle the cold at all. I would've had to pee, or worse started to cramp and got all messed up. lol

I tried to use the canopy, so Harley's butt was dry, but her head was soaked, lol she looked so cute, then her ear's got itchy and she started getting all silly on my bed, so i took a quick video of her. I love her so much and I love showering her with affection. I know she isn't a fan and I don't care. lol I paid a lot of money for man's best friend, it's not my fault she was expecting a guy that didn't like to cuddle. Unfortunately for her, she's to small to get away, so she's forced to endure all the hugs and scratches I give her. Her little legs look so adorable when she stretches them out, almost like she has itchy knees. lol 

It might sound weird, but I find her absolutely adorable. I was brushing her after I noticed her ears were itchy from being wet, and I couldn't help but feel like she looked so precious, when I was looking down on her, she looked so small, so fragile. 

She smells like a wet puppy now, though I don't think she enjoys me sniffing her. lol She always gives me weird looks. oh well, humans are weird.
